What makes a company holiday party great? Is it finding the perfect balance between festive music and party music? Is it finding the perfect evening where everyone can join in some good ol’ fashioned corporate comradery? Is it spending half your budget on tacky themed decorations and party favors?

It’s not. In fact, all of these common party planning predicaments, and then some, can be solved with one simple solution.

Booking the right venue.

New Liberty Distillery

Did someone say Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey? New Liberty Distillery would be an absolute killer location for a corporate holiday party with their three story 110-year-old stable turned distillery. Their passions revolve around revisiting the lost flavor of rye and distilling it in their Heritage Collection. As if that wasn’t cool enough, this gorgeous restoration reveals their custom copper-pot still, a rick house to barrel the whiskey, and beautifully decorated tasting room and bar. This historic and rustic space makes an ideal backdrop for any of the Mole Street Artists folk bands, and would make the perfect setting for enjoying some spirits and celebrating the holiday season. Ladybird is a multi-instrument, harmony-based, folk/bluegrass trio who would add the perfect music to this space. Their influences range all the way from traditional Americana to Swedish Folk & Jazz. Another band that would go seamlessly is the familiar sound of The Stonethrowers. This group has played the Philadelphia Folk Festival, The Kimmel Center, Sellersville Theatre, Musikfest. If you're considering a holiday party at New Liberty Distilling, or any space with a similar vibe, Mole Street Artists has the perfect musician to keep the vibe cheerful and jolly all night!

The Rittenhouse Hotel

This venue radiates an elegance, class, and style that can’t be matched. We’re talking 8,740 square feet of event space to host a 300 person wedding, small business gathering, or most importantly, your company’s holiday party. The Rittenhouse has a holiday package for sixty people or less that includes a two hour cocktail party frosted in holiday decorations, discounted valet services, and butler-served hors d'oeuvres. All that's missing is a talented Mole Street artist from our extensive roster to make your holiday party truly remarkable. Our artists are known for playing the Rittenhouse every weekend and we’d be happy to find the musician to match for your holiday event! Some performers that frequent the venue are guitarist/vocalist Christopher Davis Shannon and the trio or seven-piece band, Tom Moon’s Jazz Casual. Feel free to stop in and check them out! Christopher Davis Shannon’s music brings you back to the days of Early New Orleans Jazz clubs with his authenticity and respect for the legends. Tom Moon’s Jazz Casual focuses on texture and plays understated melodies to create the unique mood they are known for!

Mole Street Artists have the most professional and globally recognized DJs around. DJ Adrian Hardy would be a perfect fit with his experience playing the craziest parties throughout Philadelphia, New York City, Las Vegas, DC, Atlantic City, and across the country. How amazing would it be to have this high-demand artist play your event? How about some funk and disco? The Philadelphia Museum of Art

Incorporate a Philadelphia landmark into your company holiday party this year by getting festive at the Philadelphia Museum of Art!. This venue boasts exclusive catering from STARR Events, custom menus, intimate gallery settings, three distinct landmark buildings, an exceptional first impression, and internationally acclaimed exhibits. Our music recommendations are as classic and timeless as the venue itself. Perhaps the charming French jazz vocals of Bonjour Paris or the organ soul jazz quartet, the Sermon!. With Bonjour Paris, you’ll be celebrating the sounds of Paris, love, and jazz throughout the night. She brings a beautiful sound to the table that bridges the old world and the new, a piece of art in itself! The Sermon!, on the other hand, plays a unique mix of funk and soul with a vintage feel. They can go from silky ambient jazz to high energy funk in a moment having everyone awestruck at their versatility. Philadelphia Distilling

How about a holiday party that’s totally Philadelphia and quite frankly, really cool? Philadelphia Distilling sits on a decade of craftsmanship situated right on the edge of Fishtown. The 13,000 square foot industrial warehouse turned distillery opened their new location in 2017 where the process is on display for the city to see. Your holiday party will be riddled with delicious signature cocktails for your company to delight in and surrounded by the gorgeous environment of Philadelphia Distilling’s modern industrial tasting room and bar. But what’s an awesome environment without some tunes to match? Alfiya Glow, a classical musician turned electric violinist and award-winning performer would absolutely elevate your event and match the unique style of this venue. We’d also recommend one of the most versatile bands in our lineup, Blues Junior. This band can keep a crowd energized and jamming out throughout the entire party. Blues, soul, funk, rock? This group covers it all. You would need a unique artist to match this unique space and we have the lineup for you!

Whether you’re looking for casual, intimate, extravagant, or historic, these venues have something for every company. Choosing the right venue is just as important as selecting the music to complement.
